Refunds and Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if your item was faulty or damaged upon its arrival to you.

Please contact us within 14 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved. All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
